Corporate Paralegal
The Position
Our client, a provider of comprehensive support services to health care practice, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to backfill an open vacancy on their legal team. This paralegal will support the Deputy General Counsel and Sr. Corporate Counsel with corporate governance, entity filings, and related legal administrative and operational tasks. This role requires someone who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize responsibilities. While a healthcare background is not required, this individual should have strong drafting experience and be tech-savvy, as they will work with spreadsheets and manipulate data. The client uses Salesforce, DocuSign e-signature, and DocuSign CLM, so familiarity with these tools would be beneficial.
ASAP start, 40 hours/week. This role requires the candidate to be onsite 4-5 times per week at the client's location in Irvine, CA. This is a long term, ongoing engagement with potential to convert.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $45 and $53. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
