Real Estate & Product Counsel (Remote)
The Position
A large, publicly traded technology company located in the Bay Area is looking for a product attorney to join its real estate division. Candidates should have at least five years of product counseling experience at a tech company along with a real estate background. Prior experience as product counsel in a real estate facing company would be a plus. A solid understanding of liabilities (landlord, tenant, and vendor), broker risk, and income streams is required, as is experience working with property owners and property managers.
The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, a nimble approach, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Experience and comfort working with engineering and product teams is essential, as is the ability to work cross-functionally to liaise with the broader business.
This is a fully remote, 40 hour per week job with an anticipated initial duration of 6 months. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $90 to $105. For more information on Paragon’s compensation and benefits click here.
