The position
Our client is one of the nation's leading global commercial real estate services firms for property owners and occupiers, with approximately 52,000 employees, 400 offices, and 60 countries. The client's Associate General Counsel, Americas is seeking a commercial real estate attorney to cover year-end overflow work.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with commercial property management agreements and a strong working knowledge of commercial real estate agreement best practices including caps on liability, indemnity, consequential damages, and insurance clauses. This person must be able to handle competing priorities while remaining communicative to the business at all times. Ability to navigate and quickly come up to speed on proprietary technology (folder systems, contract management tools) is a must. 

This position will start ASAP and has an anticipated duration of 2-3 months at 15-20 hours per week. It is 100% remote; the attorney can be located anywhere in the US. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $95 and $105 per hour.  This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on their qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law. Please see Paragon benefits here!
