Securities Litigation Attorney (Remote)
The Position
We are hiring a litigation attorney with 5+ years experience to assist our client on a contract basis. Candidates must have experience with sales practice actions filed in federal and state courts and with FINRA. Knowledge of insurance, securities and broker-deal law is required. The ideal candidate has experience with all aspects of litigation including drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, witness prep, mediation statements, written responses to discovery, and discovery requests.
Candidates will advise the business with respect to claims and other legal issues. Participation in mediations, negotiating settlements, drafting settlements, assisting in regulatory inquiries, and drafting responses to inquiries is required.
This is a 30-40 hour per week project with an expected duration through the end of 2024. Candidates can be fully remote and the expected pay range is $90-110 per hour. For more information on Paragon's compensation and benefits click here.
