Government Affairs Administrator
The position
Our client, a global science and technology company, is seeking a Government Affairs Administrator to support the Government Affairs Leader with some overflow work. This person will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and meeting documentation while maintaining legislative tracking and regulatory metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing internal communications, coordinating webinars, attending industry meetings, conducting research on congressional activities.
The ideal candidate has experience in health and human services or in regulatory affairs within a government setting. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and Powerpoint skills. This person should be highly organized, exhibit a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
ASAP start with an ongoing duration for 40 hours per week. This project has a hybrid schedule, with a few days each week required onsite at the client’s location in Washington DC.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $25 and $30. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
