Commercial Technology Transactions Attorney

The Position
A global blockchain technology company is seeking a commercial attorney to support its legal arm. The work will focus on procurement (SaaS, service agreements and NDAs), commercial contracts (MOUs, LOIs, and complex bespoke agreements) and corporate support (corporate records maintenance and deal support). The team is looking for a client-focused attorney who can thrive in a simplistic, high-volume procurement environment while also handling complex, bespoke commercial agreements when they arise. Prior experience supporting technology contracts is a major plus.

This fully remote project starts ASAP. It is expected to last 6+ months, will be 20 hours per week to start with the intention to ramp to 30+ hrs per week. You must be able to support 9AM and 10AM ET calls due to the global nature of the team. 

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $85 and $105. Employment Attorney

The Position
Our client, a well-known entertainment company, is seeking an experienced employment attorney to provide dedicated legal support to their enterprise-wide employment team. This attorney will focus primarily on employment matters impacting their operations, with a particular emphasis on workplace investigations and counseling on employment practices across the organization. Key responsibilities include advising on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation investigations; counseling internal clients on reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, fair pay, and wage and hour compliance; responding to claims and demand letters; revising administrative charge responses; and handling administrative conferences and hearings.

The team is seeking someone with at least five years of relevant experience in employment law gained through a law firm or corporate legal department, and a strong enthusiasm for providing practical, solutions-oriented advice and dispute resolution. Excellent issue-spotting, communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. 

ASAP start, 25-30 hours per week, with a highly preferred hybrid schedule, 1-2 days a week at their Burbank, CA location. Must be actively licensed in California.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $80 and $110, candidates that can go onsite would be at the higher range. This role offers a wide variety of responsibilities, from managing calendars, travel, and expense reports to preparing reports and presentations, maintaining legal and contract management systems, and assisting with the execution and tracking of legal documents. You’ll also play a key role in supporting broader team operations, including logistics and department events, to help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.

The team is looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a steady, professional presence to the group. They value strong tenure (ideally 7+ years of relevant administrative experience) and are hoping to find a candidate who not only has excellent judgment and problem-solving skills but will also mesh seamlessly with the team culture for the long term.

ASAP start, 40 hours per week, with onsite presence required 5 days a week at their Walnut Creek location. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with potential to convert for the right candidate.

A leading health services and technology company is seeking a senior attorney with deep Pharmacy Benefit Management experience to support its pharmacy benefit management business. This role centers on reviewing and redlining complex PBM RFP contracts. Key responsibilities include spotting and assessing risk, redlining at the appropriate intensity, and translating legal issues into clear business language for executives, sales, and finance stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a high-stakes environment and managing competing priorities. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required. Prior experience with PBM is required.

Our client is targeting an ASAP start. 20-40 hours per week for an initial 2-3 month duration.
