Commercial Attorney – (Enterprise SaaS Sales)
The Position
Our client is a large global leader in enablement software. They are in need of an experienced commercial attorney with significant SaaS negotiation experience to support Q4 efforts. This attorney will work closely with the sales team to review and negotiate customer-side SaaS agreements. Most of these agreements are on customer paper, so the attorney will need to extract terms that don't apply and align them with the client's risk tolerance. This attorney should have a strong understanding of industry best practices and experience working for a large enterprise SaaS company. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, as deals move quickly. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively and efficiently with sales leadership and other C-suite members. Strong interpersonal skills are important, as the role requires providing education and explanations behind their positions.
The client would like to have someone in the seat ASAP and the project is expected to go through January with the potential to extend. This is a fully remote role with an hourly commitment of 30-40 hours/week. Attorneys can be barred in any state and the client is timezone agnostic. The role requires occasional calls with EMEA and APAC regions.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $106 and $112. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
