The Position
A well-known global dairy company is seeking a Commercial Attorney to support its legal team on a range of marketing and commercial agreements.

This role will focus on reviewing and negotiating sweepstakes, customer and industrial agreements, renewals, and amendments, and helping streamline and clear the team’s current backlog. The Position
A leading e-commerce technology company in the fraud prevention and payments risk space is seeking an experienced commercial and privacy attorney to help unify and modernize its contract and compliance framework following a recent merger. The attorney will negotiate day-to-day customer and vendor agreements, tighten contractual consistency across entities, and build scalable tools and SOPs to support continued growth. The work also includes consolidating contract templates, standardizing terms of service, and refreshing public-facing data privacy and compliance materials (including CCPA and GDPR).

Attorneys with prior in-house experience in an e-commerce and data/privacy environment will be especially well suited to this role. The ideal candidate communicates both the “what” and the “why” behind recommendations; enjoys improving processes while staying close to the work; and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Targeting an early November start date, 15-20 hours per week through the end of January, with the potential to extend and move to an ad hoc ongoing duration. Fully remote and timezone agnostic. Candidates on the West Coast should be comfortable occasionally attending early morning calls for East Coast based team.

The Position
A well-known financial services company is seeking a Governance Counsel / Assistant Corporate Secretary to support its corporate governance function during a family leave. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and the Board of Directors, playing a hands-on role in corporate governance across a large, public company structure.

The ideal candidate has strong corporate governance experience within a public company, is comfortable advising senior executives and board members and enjoys balancing strategic advisory work with day-to-day ground level operational execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Board and Committees by preparing and organizing materials, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

  • Manage shareholder engagement, proxy preparation, and annual meeting logistics in compliance with SEC and stock exchange requirements.

  • Oversee subsidiary governance and Section 16 reporting.

  • Maintain key corporate records, policies, and procedures.

  • Lead or assist with director onboarding, evaluations, and governance process improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel to uphold governance best practices across the enterprise.

This is a hybrid position that requires two days per week in office in Midtown Manhattan and four to five days per week in office during board meetings.
