Portfolio Compliance Analyst
The Position
A sophisticated investment management organization is seeking an experienced Portfolio Compliance Analyst to support its portfolio compliance function during a period of significant organizational transition. This is an opportunity to work closely with a team responsible for compliance oversight across registered mutual funds and private funds, including new product launches, daily compliance testing, regulatory implementation, and fund board reporting.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of portfolio compliance experience and strong knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940. The work will include analyzing investment guidelines and creating corresponding compliance rules, supporting fund launches, updating and troubleshooting compliance rules, monitoring post-trade activity, supporting regulatory filings and testing, and investigating and remediating compliance issues. Experience with sub-advised mutual funds, fund-of-funds, or multi-advised fund structures is preferred.
This project starts ASAP, is through December 31, 2026 with potential for renewal, is remote supporting ET hours, and requires 30–40 hours/week. The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $75 and $85. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
