Commercial Attorney (Biotech or Pharma Experience)
The Position
Our client is an innovative biotechnology company seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Attorney to support its commercial legal team during a parental leave. This is an opportunity to work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs stakeholders while advising on sophisticated commercial agreements that support product launch and post-launch activities.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial legal experience and is comfortable independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements. You'll be joining an experienced legal team that values practical business advice, collaboration, and creative problem solving over simply identifying legal obstacles. Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, including Conga CLM, is a plus but not required.
This project starts September 28, 2026, is through approximately March 15, 2027, is remote, and requires 40 hours/week with a preference for Pacific Time availability.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $95 and $115. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
