The Position Our client is a multinational organization seeking a commercial attorney to support its legal and sales functions. This attorney will be focused on a strategic alliance with a consumer goods company including issues related to marketing and other advisory work. Candidates must have prior, recent experience with physical asset or CPG companies. Strong relationship building skills, an ability to build bridges with stakeholders, and stellar negotiating skills are required.

Our client, a technology company focused on providing digital solutions for the energy industry, is seeking a commercial transactions attorney to support with coverage for an upcoming family leave. This attorney will be responsible for negotiating large licensing services implementation contracts with utilities across North America. These agreements can range from small amendments to more complex ones, so strong negotiation skills will be key. Experience with standard licensing principles and IP negotiations will be important.
This role will involve working with the commercial operations team, so it’s important that the attorney can distill complex legal concepts into simple, understandable language for non-attorneys. Ideally, this person will have experience at an energy or utility company (or something similar).

The position Our client, a premier energy company is seeking a commercial attorney with 7-10 years of experience to support their legal team with some overflow work. This attorney will handle a mix of projects with varying levels of complexity, including agreements like PPAs, ground leases, tax sales, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs. The role also involves corporate governance work and coordinating with local authorities to move projects forward.
The ideal candidate has experience working with physical assets and possesses strong legal judgment. We encourage applicants with past industry experience in construction and real estate, as well as those with expertise in handling PPAs and government regulatory matters. This attorney should have a 'roll-up-their-sleeves' mentality and be able to collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects forward. The base salary for this role is in the range of $95,000 – $115,000. This position is eligible for commission and a performance-based bonus.
