Product Counsel
This Position:
Our client, a digital exercise company, is seeking an experienced product attorney to assist with a few initiatives for 2025. This attorney should have strong technical expertise and experience working with consumer-facing products, particularly hardware integrated with a software app. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risks, translate consumer-facing objectives, and evaluate product descriptions and capabilities. They will also determine whether any adjustments are needed to best meet consumer expectations. A solid understanding of data privacy laws is critical, as this person will evaluate how data is collected, used, and shared with external providers.
The client is looking to have someone start 2/6/25 and the project is anticipated to last through April, with the potential to extend. 30 hours/week and fully remote. East-cost based preferred, but not required.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $107 and $113. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
