Real Estate Transactions Attorney (Hybrid)
The Position
Our client, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join its growing legal team. This role will specifically support property management services.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience practicing real estate law. Prior experience with property management agreements is a must, and should be obvious on a resume. This attorney will also be responsible for negotiating a variety of related agreements (MSAs, vendor/subcontractor agreements, license agreements, etc.) Litigation and general commercial transactions experience is a plus.
Candidates must have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing, concurrent demands. This candidate should also be comfortable working in a high volume work environment with quick turnaround times.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role with the potential to convert to a permanent position. Candidates must be able to commute to the client's offices in The Loop on a hybrid basis.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $80 and $105. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
