Corporate Attorney
The Position
Our client is a battery technology company that is headquartered in the Bay Area. They are in need of mid-level corporate attorney to support a hiring gap. This person will be responsible for preparing the company's 2025 annual proxy statement, supporting the 10-K process, and handling additional general corporate work, including commercial agreements, direct and indirect procurement contracts, NDAs, and some HR matters. The ideal candidate will have a mix of in-house and firm experience, be highly collaborative, articulate, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The client would like to have someone in the seat in early November and the project will go through mid-February. This is a hybrid role with the candidate being able to work onsite at their San Jose location a few times a week. The hourly commitment is 20 hours/week. Attorneys should be barred in CA.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $108 and $114. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
