Energy Commercial Attorney
This Position:
Our client, a growing nuclear energy company, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Attorney to support their expanding legal team. This attorney will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, and procurement contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with energy, nuclear, or infrastructure companies. As this is a fast-paced environment with a small legal team, it’s crucial that the attorney be flexible and adaptable to meet the shifting demands of the workload. Having experience with power purchase agreements (PPA) is a big plus!
ASAP start, 20-40 hours per week. This role will be on site 5x per week at their Austin, TX location. This is a long term opportunity with potential to convert.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $113 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
