Crypto Attorney
The Position
A well-known decentralized tech foundation is seeking an experienced Web3 attorney to support high-volume agreements related to grants, equity investments, and token warrants. This is a fast-moving, high-trust role ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and can turn around work efficiently with minimal oversight. You’ll collaborate directly with the organization’s lead attorney, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and help scale legal infrastructure as the ecosystem grows.
ASAP start, runs through the end of the year, is fully remote, 15-20 hours per week with occasional early-morning availability for international meetings.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
