Compliance Attorney – Financial Services Advertising & Marketing
The position
We are hiring an experienced financial services advertising and marketing compliance / regulatory attorney to help our client review and update their policies on CCPA, UDAAP, CFPB, and FTC rules and regulations. This person will also create training materials for internal business partners to use in their daily workflow with customers to ensure compliance.
This is a fully remote, 10 hour per week role expected to last 12 months.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $85 and $100. Please see additional compensation and benefits information here.
