Commercial Attorney (Pharmacy Benefit Management)
The Position
A leading health services and technology company is seeking a senior attorney with deep Pharmacy Benefit Management experience to support its pharmacy benefit management business. This role centers on reviewing and redlining complex PBM RFP contracts. Key responsibilities include spotting and assessing risk, redlining at the appropriate intensity, and translating legal issues into clear business language for executives, sales, and finance stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a high-stakes environment and managing competing priorities. A minimum of 8 years of experience is required. Prior experience with PBM is required.
Our client is targeting an ASAP start. 20-40 hours per week for an initial 2-3 month duration. This role is remote but must be able to support CT/ET timezones. The attorney will be responsible for spotting and assessing risk, redlining at the appropriate intensity, and translating legal issues into clear business language for executives, sales, and finance stakeholders.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $108 and $122. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
