Commercial Attorney (CPG Experience)
The Position
Our client is an American skincare company known for its regimen-based approach to skincare. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to join their team to support overflow work.
The ideal attorney will have prior experience working in a large CPG environment. Responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating, reviewing, drafting inbound tech and SaaS agreements
- Revamping supplier agreements
- Managing privacy/AI compliance tied to website updates
- Providing general legal support for employment/litigation matters as needed
This attorney will partner closely with their IT team but also work cross functionally across their small legal team and non-legal teams. The ideal candidate is relationship driven and will be a team player across the organization. Prior experience at a cosmetics/beauty company is a plus.
ASAP start for an initial estimated 3-4 month duration, 30-40 hours per week, Fully remote.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $85 and $111. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
