Your mission: Provide strong, proactive sourcing and back-office support to our growing recruiting team through your initial screening of candidates, management of pipeline sourcing, external job postings, and assistance with special projects in furtherance of Paragon’s recruiting strategy.
You will achieve that mission by:

Closely collaborating with the Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, Recruiters and internal Client Development team to advance and execute Paragon’s recruiting strategy

Proactively and continually sourcing and maintaining a viable pipeline and network of qualified attorneys and legal professionals, utilizing creative solutions for sourcing and building talent communities

Conducting initial phone screens to ensure candidates’ qualification match, cultural fit, and overall compatibility with Paragon projects

Establish a presence on LinkedIn in the legal community spreading knowledge and insight into the legal market

Managing external job postings including drafting position descriptions, monitoring submissions, and reviewing candidate applications

Managing resume guidance process including advising candidates on best practices and ensuring proper formatting for client submissions

Coordinating with Paragon Recruiters to ensure best in class service to candidates as they move through the search process

Coordinating with the Recruiting team to develop candidate pipeline management strategies

Staying up to date on leading legal industry trends and recruiting best practices

Maintaining the integrity of Paragon’s applicant tracking system (ATS) by ensuring data is updated, retrievable, and systematically stored

Providing administrative and/or project-based support, as needed
Core competencies and qualities that will make you successful:

3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience ideally gained within a talent acquisition team, search firm, or staffing agency for professional services. Prior legal recruitment experience is viewed favorably but not required.

Prior experience using an ATS (we use Bullhorn) is preferred.

This is a fully-remote position with biannual travel required for team gatherings.
The base salary for this role is in the range of $60-70,000. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
Full time employees are eligible for Paragon’s medical, dental, and vision insurance (with an employer contribution), long-term disability, life, and AD&D coverage, medical FSA participation, 401(k) participation, unlimited CLEs through PLI, Employee Assistance Plan, paid vacation, and paid sick time (where required by state law).
