Product Counsel
This Position:
Our client is a publicly traded social media company headquartered in the Bay Area. They are seeking a product attorney to support their ad monetization teams with product counseling and regulatory guidance. This attorney will provide product counseling to cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM, on ad-related product launches and platform policies. This attorney will also collaborate with teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable, business-focused legal guidance. Prior experience with ad monetization, privacy regulations, and adtech is highly preferred.
This project is an ASAP start, 20 hours/week and the duration is anticipated to be 3-6 months. This role is fully remote.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $100 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
