Contract Management Specialist (CLM Migration)

The Position
A global life sciences organization is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support a significant CLM migration and ongoing contracting needs across multiple operating companies. A key focus will be supporting the organization’s migration from LinkSquares to ContractPod AI, so prior hands-on experience supporting a CLM migration or implementation is required. Experience with ContractPod AI is preferred, with experience across both platforms particularly relevant.

The role will also include reviewing and negotiating NDAs across multiple businesses. Prior biotech, life sciences, or similar industry experience would be helpful for this portion of the work.

This project starts ASAP, is ongoing, is fully remote, and requires 40 hours/week.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $43 – $62 for candidates located in NE/NW/West Coast regions and $41 – $60 for candidates located in the SE/MW/SW regions. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
