Marketing Attorney (TTB Experience)
The Position
A leading global wine and spirits company is seeking an experienced marketing attorney to cover an 18-week maternity leave. The role will focus heavily on sponsorships and events, including large-scale festivals, concerts, film collaborations, and celebrity influencer agreements, ensuring compliance with TTB and state regulations while negotiating counterparties’ contracts. The position also includes advising on marketing and product innovation projects, including advertising review, social media campaigns, and packaging/labeling. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and providing practical guidance to business teams.
This remote project starts mid-December, runs for 18 weeks and is required to support ET hours. The anticipated hours will range from 10 to 25 hours per week. Preference will be given to NY-based candidates, especially those able to occasionally go into the NYC office.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $95 and $105. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
