As Paragon’s Senior Human Resources Administrator, Tom is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. He takes pride in his service-oriented approach to work, as he seeks to be a trusted partner for all Paragon employees.
Prior to joining Paragon, Tom served as a Human Resources Generalist, most recently at a holding company that oversaw Diesel Engine Repair and Power Generation companies. His early career was in high-volume enterprise staffing and worked for two of the world’s largest staffing firms as a Program Manager.
Tom earned his B.S. in History from Portland State University, focusing on the Late Republic/Early Roman Empire. Tom has also earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from Portland State’s Center for Executive and Professional Education.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys camping and being outdoors as much as possible, playing bass guitar, live music, and is an avid basketball and football fan.
