As a member of Paragon’s Client Development team, Tavia partners with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful engagements. A natural problem solver and adept connector, Tavia is driven by the belief that every challenge can be solved through resolve and innovation.
Prior to joining Paragon, Tavia held multiple legal project management and client development leadership roles, and most recently handled technology adoption for AmLaw 100 and 200 firms at Thomson Reuters. She began her legal career at The Alexander Group, where she managed executive and management level searches for law firms and in-house legal departments.
Tavia received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Texas and is pursuing a Master of Science in Law degree at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
Tavia resides in Austin, Texas with her daughter and their lively assortment of pets. She enjoys reading, exploring new destinations, exercising, and the performing arts. She can often be found indulging her passion for the violin through performances with local orchestras.
