As Attorney Development Associate at Paragon Legal, Dana provides mentorship, guidance, and support to attorneys on projects so that they can have the best work experience possible and more time for life outside of work. To do this, Dana seeks to better understand the attorneys she works with on both professional and human levels. This results in better matches with Paragon clients, faster and more enduring solutions if problems arise, and more open, honest communication and trust between attorneys and attorney development associate.
Before Paragon, Dana practiced law at her own law firm, where she focused on corporate and business law matters for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups. She also worked as a policy consultant in the California State Senate.
Dana earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in Sociocultural Anthropology from Scripps College, where she was a collegiate swimmer for the Varsity Women’s Swimming and Diving Team. She is also a trained mediator and certified yoga teacher.
Outside of Paragon Legal, Dana maintains a small coaching practice for attorneys focused on supporting their mental and emotional wellness, self-development, and career advancement. As a digital nomad, Dana loves travel. She also enjoys spending time with loved ones, participating in all types of water sports, and finding the best spots to eat in town.
