Bilingual Contract Manager – German/English
This Position:
Our client, a global materials science company, is seeking an experienced contracts manager to backfill an open position. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (US and EU law) such as NDAs, master purchase agreements, sales agreements, and general terms and conditions, to name a few. The client prefers candidates who are fluent in both English and German, as the role may involve cross-functional collaboration with teams in Germany. If the candidate does not have this skill set, the role will focus exclusively on the US region. The ideal candidate has experience working in industries like aerospace and defense, electronics, industrial, and semiconductors.
The anticipated start date is mid to late January. The role is 10-20 hours/week with the possibility to increase up to 40 hours, if the candidate is fluent in German and can support both the US and EU regions. This role is fully remote with a preference for candidates that can support East Coast hour. The anticipated duration is 12 months.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $52 and $70. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
