Legal Operations Specialist (Zip Implementation)
The Position
Our client is a social networking and online dating company, best known for its mobile app that primarily serves the LGBTQ+ community. They are seeking a Legal Operations professional with a strong procurement focus to support the rollout of a new procurement system. This role will play a critical part in keeping contract intake and routing workflows moving during a high-impact transition.
In this position, you will review incoming contract requests, identify key considerations such as payment terms or data usage, and route matters to the appropriate stakeholders including Legal, Privacy, and Finance teams. This is not a negotiation role, but rather a coordination-heavy position requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with the Zip procurement tool, as this role is focused on supporting its implementation and early-stage workflows. Experience with additional procurement systems such as Coupa or Oracle is a plus. A background in legal operations or procurement, along with strong project management and stakeholder management skills, is essential.
This project starts ASAP, is approximately 2 months in duration, is fully remote, and requires 20–30 hours per week.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $65 and $75. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
