Legal Operations Specialist (Legal Front Door Implementation)
The Position
A global technology company is seeking an experienced Legal Operations consultant to lead the implementation and rollout of a legal front door tool that centralizes how legal requests are submitted, triaged, and tracked. This role will step into an in-flight project where the tool has been selected, but stakeholder alignment and execution are still in progress.
The consultant will work closely with executive leadership, legal, sales, and IT to gather requirements, align priorities, and drive the project forward end-to-end. This includes structuring intake and workflow processes, coordinating integrations, and ensuring adoption across teams. Strong project management is critical, as success will depend on the ability to drive momentum, manage multiple work-streams, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
A strong understanding of legal workflows is important, including the ability to translate request types such as NDAs, contract reviews, and compliance-related work into structured intake processes and routing logic.
The ideal candidate has experience leading legal operations or legal technology implementations and is comfortable operating in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $65 and $78. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
