Commercial Attorney (DPA Enterprise Experience)

The Position
A fast-growing professional services provider is seeking a part-time US-based attorney to help build and negotiate client-facing agreements, including data processing, sales, and licensing during a critical enterprise expansion phase. This person will also help build out and refine a playbook, working closely with sales to get their perspective and buy-in.

This attorney will work closely with the sales team, including the VP of Sales, and should feel comfortable dealing with them solo. The sales team is ambitious and deals move quickly. They can also be relatively green with respect to dealing with legal (e.g. asking legal about business questions) and this person needs to know how to redirect them diplomatically. This attorney should also feel comfortable working cross-culturally as the company's customer support team is based in the Philippines. 

This company uses GC AI and candidates should be comfortable with this tool or willing to learn (Paragon will provide training and the tool is intuitive).

This project starts ASAP, is ongoing, is fully remote and requires 20-25 hours per week. Based on the pace of the work, the ideal candidate would be able to dedicate a few hours daily (as opposed to only working 3 days). There should be some overlap with EST since that's where the VP of Sales is based. 

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $100 and $110. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
