Securities Attorney
This Position:
Our client is a battery manufacturing company. They are looking for a skilled securities attorney to act as a subject matter expert for their growing legal team. This attorney will help drive the 10-K, proxy and ESG disclosures. The ideal candidate has specialized knowledge in securities law and other regulatory requirements.
The client would like to have someone in the seat ASAP. The role is 10-20 hours/week, and the duration is through the end of April with a potential to extend. The client has a preference for candidates that can go onsite at least once a week at their Fremont, CA location.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $113. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
