Our Hiring Process
Candidates are considered on a rolling basis, based on our internal and client needs. If your background aligns with our current projects, a recruiter will schedule an introductory phone call to learn more about you and introduce you to Paragon. Once our recruiting team understands your background, interests and availability, we will share projects for which we feel you are a suitable candidate. Prior to submission to our clients, you will meet with our recruiting team for a video interview.
For each client interview, the Paragon recruiting team will conduct a personalized interview prep call to share feedback, provide insight, and wish you good luck!
