As a Business Development Manager, Easton’s priority is to build genuine relationships while providing a consultative lens to solve common challenges faced by in-house legal departments. She takes pride in her people-centric approach, as she seeks to serve her clients in a way that is efficient and consistent with their goals and hiring needs. She formerly supported Paragon’s Client Development function where she played a key role in filling numerous project requests. This experience allows her to better understand the various goals and challenges that legal departments face.
Before joining Paragon, Easton spent time as a full-cycle Legal Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Legal in their San Francisco branch. In this role, she worked closely with legal professionals throughout the greater Bay Area, in both client and candidate capacities. It was here that she found her love for people-centric work.
Easton earned her B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, where she participated heavily in student-run organizations and obtained pertinent legal knowledge that assists her in her day-to-day responsibilities at Paragon Legal.
When she’s not working, Easton enjoys traveling, reading, and planning and executing home renovation and interior design projects.
