Angela Ventro

Angela is a compassionate and service-driven business development leader committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.  Angela builds meaningful partnerships with her clients through authenticity, transparency, and a dedication to their success.

As a coach of young athletes while attending law school, Angela learned the importance of putting people first and meeting them where they are.  Angela lives by the “people first” commitment when helping clients and organizations surpass their strategic goals. 

Angela’s legal experience, combined with her ability to effectively navigate complex requirements, enables her to tailor solutions to meet each client's unique needs. Her tenure as an attorney and law office manager provides a deep understanding of the legal industry and she is proud to have achieved a 75% success rate in Social Security Disability appeals and applications through her exceptional communication and negotiation skills.  

Angela is passionate about making a positive impact with in-house counsel and continues to seek opportunities to advocate for the advancement of flexible legal services through innovative solutions, thought leadership, and community involvement.

Angela is a cum laude graduate of Michigan State University where she received a BA in Criminal Justice. She received her J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law.  

Outside of Paragon Legal, Angela enjoys spending time with her 11-year-old son and watching the Detroit Lions.  She is also co-founder and legal counsel for Adopt A Pup Animal Rescue, a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs. Since 2012, her rescue has saved over 500 dogs and placed them with loving families.  Her rescue dogs, Marshall and Murphy, are supportive of her career unless it conflicts with treats and belly rubs.  For fun, Angela enjoys live music, travel, and binge-watching true crime documentaries.
