Brian Bell is a seasoned business development executive with over 15 years of experience in sales and staffing. He has built his career around partnering with Fortune 500 companies and some of the world’s leading technology firms to address complex business challenges and implement forward-thinking human capital strategies.
Brian played a pivotal role at Upwork, where he helped launch and scale the Upwork Enterprise team and product. His work there brought transformative talent solutions to enterprise clients as they navigated remote work and freelance talent solutions. He later brought this expertise to highly regulated sectors such as security and legal, delivering agile staffing approaches in compliance focused environments.
More recently, Brian has channeled his energy into global talent development through his involvement with the Africa to Silicon Valley (A2SV) Foundation. His work supports the connection of top computer science students from Africa’s leading universities to career-shaping opportunities in global tech advancing a new era for African developer talent.
