Before joining Paragon, Sophia developed a strong foundation in contingent workforce management, supporting large tech accounts as a trusted partner to both clients and contingent workers. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience in sales and recruiting, further honing her ability to connect with people and navigate complex talent landscapes.
 
Sophia holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, inspiring her passion for people and love for the ocean. She now resides in Scotts Valley, CA, just north of Santa Cruz, and enjoys peaceful walks through her neighborhood, cooking for friends and family, reading, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
