Reza Mansouri

Experienced Sales and Account Management Professional with a consistent track record of exceeding performance and client expectations and acting as a positive force for growth and change for his company and industry. Reza leads efforts to partner with in-house leaders in ways that drive efficiency across their team and enhance business. Reza values the opportunity to be an advocate for clients while integrating their needs alongside the objectives of Paragon to create mutually beneficial partnerships that ultimately advance the growth of both entities.

After 10 years of practicing law at boutique law firms and in-house teams in California, he pivoted to help enhance the everyday lives of attorneys through process, and workflow improvements using best-in-class technology. His broad work experience with Thomson Reuters, Gartner for Legal and Compliance, Axiom, and now Paragon allows him to bring to the table a holistic understanding of the entire in-house function from both a strategic and tactical level.

He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Reza never turns down an opportunity to eat sushi with friends. In his free time, he loves traveling, attending music festivals and concerts with his wife Brandi. His passion is being actively involved and supporting his kids in band, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. He also enjoys training for and competing in half-marathons.
