As Paragon Legal’s Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, Mike focuses on identifying attorneys looking for a more flexible and rewarding way of practicing law. He has a genuine interest in understanding candidates’ personal and career goals.

Prior to joining Paragon, Mike was a Division 1 Men’s Basketball Coach for 15 years where he focused on recruiting the best talent while assembling a cohesive team. Mike enjoyed mentoring his players and building lasting relationships that span a lifetime.

Mike spends most of his free time with his wife and two daughters, watching and playing sports and enjoying many outdoor activities.
