As Deputy General Counsel at Docusign and former General Counsel of Lexion, she has built her career at the intersection of law, AI, and innovation, helping organizations navigate complex legal landscapes while unlocking business growth. She also hosts In-House, a podcast for the in-house legal community, and serves on multiple boards.
Passionate about humanizing technology, Jessica is known for translating complex technical and legal concepts into clear, actionable value. She has built and led the legal function at three organizations, while fostering high-performing teams. Her leadership and impact have been recognized nationally with honors including the 2024 Women, Influence & Power in Law Award for Innovative Leadership, the 2024 WorldCC Foundation Inspiring Women in Commerce and Contracting, and the 2023 Washington State Bar Association Apex Award for Legal Innovation.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and her B.A. in Economics from Seattle University. Based in the Greater Seattle area, she enjoys mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, connecting with the legal and tech community, and spending time with family and friends.
