At Paragon, Jessica is focused on recruiting, finance and operations, and human resources. A passionate leader who finds satisfaction connecting with people and collaborating to build successful solutions, Jessica values Paragon’s culture of integrity, as well as its commitment to helping legal professionals grow their careers in a way that allows for greater flexibility. Prior to her role at Paragon, she and Paragon’s Trista Engel co-founded the entrepreneurial investment firm Calyx Capital Partners.
Jessica began her career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers and The Royal Bank of Scotland. Jessica later focused on turnaround and restructuring consulting with distressed companies while at Alvarez and Marsal and The Keystone Group. Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from Tulane University and her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, concentrating in Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
When she’s not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her three nephews and her dog, Sato, as well as playing tennis, hiking, and traveling. Before coming to San Francisco, she honed her comedic skills performing Stand Up and Improv in New York and Chicago.
