Jen Attard

As Director of Recruiting, Jen is responsible for managing a team of senior recruiters, driving proactive talent initiatives, and helps to recruit experienced legal professionals to meet client needs. In her role, she mentors and trains recruiters to enhance their recruiting skills and industry knowledge. Paragon’s recruiting team focuses on identifying top-of-market legal talent, providing valuable career counseling, and matching attorneys with fulfilling and rewarding career opportunities.

Prior to joining Paragon, Jen worked for two national ALSPs specifically focused on recruiting attorney talent across a variety of practice areas for F100, F500, and law firm clients. Her career in legal recruiting began at an AmLaw 100 firm in New York City, where she helped run summer associate programs and lateral recruiting. With over a decade of recruiting experience, Jen is passionate about shaping the future of the recruiting industry and driving long term success.

Jen earned her B.S. from Virginia Tech where she was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. She continues to remain actively involved with Gamma Phi Beta and serves as an extension specialist helping to open new and previously closed chapters across the country.

A frequent traveler and native New Yorker, Jen enjoys exploring new countries and cities while also spending lots of time with family and friends. Her and her partner live in Denver, Colorado with their golden retriever, Rudy, where they enjoy trying new restaurants across the Denver area and being heavily invested in both Colorado and New York sports teams.
