Daphne Manilla

Having working in the customer service industry for 10 years, Daphne has always thrived in an environment where she can build authentic relationships with others. She started off at Paragon as a part-time admin, implementing Paragon’s new recruiting and CRM system, before taking on a new role as a Junior Recruiter. She was quickly promoted to Recruiter, where she takes pride in providing the best candidate experience possible. She loves guiding legal professionals down the career path they envision for themselves without sacrificing the things they love most in their everyday lives.

While working as an admin at Paragon, Daphne was also a bartender at Hillstone Restaurant Group in San Francisco, where she thrived on creating positive relationships with her colleagues and her guests. She also turned her Pilates passion into a profession by teaching Pilates Reformer classes at SF Magazine’s Best Pilates Studio in the Bay Area, MNTSTUDIO.

A Bay Area native, Daphne now lives in Houston with her boyfriend and her Pomsky, Cali. Daphne loves to travel, explore new food scenes, and live music.
