As Vice President of Sales, Bryan is responsible for driving new business development, managing client relationships, and helping in-house law departments solve complex legal and business challenges through flexible talent and technology solutions. In his role, he works closely with in-house leaders to identify opportunities where Paragon's model can deliver meaningful cost savings and flexibility. Paragon's sales team focuses on understanding each client's unique needs and matching them with the right talent to meet their goals.
Prior to joining Paragon, Bryan spent nearly six years at Axiom, where he led enterprise sales across multiple practice areas serving Fortune 500 clients. He then spent four years building another flexible talent company, which was ultimately acquired by one of the largest providers in the flexible consulting space. With a strong foundation in consultative sales and a genuine passion for helping legal teams work smarter, Bryan is committed to advancing the way companies think about and access legal talent.
Bryan earned his B.A. in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
In his spare time, Bryan is a Limited Partner in two venture capital funds, and loves to travel, watch Chicago sports, and spend time with his three kids.
