Ann-Margaret Dudley

As a member of Paragon Legal’s recruiting team, Ann-Margaret Dudley is dedicated to identifying top-of-market legal talent, providing valuable career counseling, and matching attorneys with fulfilling and rewarding career opportunities. A former litigator who practiced in New York City and Houston, Ann-Margaret was able to combine her love of the law with her passion for career counseling to establish a career in legal recruiting spanning the past ten years. With her relationship-driven recruiting style, Ann-Margaret seeks to understand her candidate’s career trajectory, familial obligations and personal goals in life, and to then find and connect them to their perfect job fit.

Prior to joining Paragon, Ann-Margaret was an executive legal recruiter with Major Lindsey & Africa’s Houston office, where she focused on the recruitment of general counsels, chief compliance officers, and other senior attorneys for corporate clients. Most recently, Ann-Margaret served as Associate Director of Admissions with the University of Houston Law Center, where she recruited individuals embarking on a legal career.

Ann-Margaret is an active member of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center’s Advance Team, where she focuses on being a philanthropic ambassador for people seeking cancer treatment. She is a founding member of the Stock Grill Challenge, which, since it started in 2011 has become the largest third-party fundraiser for M.D. Anderson. When not working, Ann-Margaret and her family can be found exploring the best fishing destinations in the Gulf Coast area and points beyond.
