Prior to joining Paragon, Jack was a Sr. Technical Recruiter where he focused on recruiting the best talent that can fit a culture based on client and candidate needs in Technology, Energy, Telecommunications, and Life Sciences industries. With a background in Public Relations from Iowa State University, Jack excels in finding and engaging top talent, crafting compelling presentations that resonate with diverse audiences, and navigating complex hiring landscapes.

Jack spends his free time hanging out with his friends, his partner, and their two cats Sabrina and Franz. You will find him traveling, playing sports, or attending sports events across the Chicago area.
