Leading Women in Technology

Women and Success - The Unspoken Secrets

Two key factors that are essential for women to achieve success are unspoken and for some uncomfortable to consider:  Political Savvy and Resilience.

On January 11, 2012, Leading Women in Technology brings you a panel of female executives who are committed to the development of successful women professionals.  At this event, you will learn:

  • What Political Savvy is, why women hate to talk about it or think about using it, why it is so important, and what women can do to become more politically effective
  • Internal and external, physical and emotional, personal and professional resources from which women can draw to generate the Resilience they need to pursue their dreams and goals
  • Barriers to acquiring the resources women need to develop the strength and Resilience to take their place in the world

Hear from the panelists on:

  • how they call upon Political Savvy and Resilience to achieve their goals,
  • how they overcame their own barriers to cultivate and develop these attributes, and
  • steps each of us can use to cultivate and develop these key ingredients and achieve success.
